Is the Heartagram really a santanic symbol ?

Heatagram is the symbol of a HIM Band and designed by Ville Valo. This is the ancient symbols. The only logo that was adopted from a pentagram and some may have concluded it is the devil. I do not know who these people who say that the heartagram is satanic, but chances are confused heartagram with a pentagram, a symbol which is very, very large, but Satanic o. (though some Satanists have adopted the pentagram as a symbol, usually - but not always -) in the opposite direction.

The pentagram is often used in different religions and esoteric practices, as a symbol of the four elements: earth, air, fire and water, and the fifth element of ether or spirit. The upright pentagram is regarded by some as a man, which are opposite, like a goat or an animal can be seen, and they are two sides of same coin, the higher natures and lower, and the appropriate animal.

This is a generalization, of course, and different traditions have different interpretations of the symbol of the Pentagram. Its symbol is widespread and is not in itself satanic in nature. And I am not experiencing heartagram. I do not think his intention to straight to hell - at least not more than any other brand.

Heartagram is the trademarked symbol of HIM Band (rock band), best described as a combination of a heart and an inverted pentacle (love &amp hate), created by Ville Valo the day after his twentieth birthday. Valo has said that "the heartagram stands for HIM as a band, as an entity, and for 'love metal' in general."[12] Many fans of the band have heartagram tattoos, or tattoos of other HIM emblems — such as the single heart on Valo's right wrist, and a number of fan-submitted photos of same decorated the lyric booklet for the limited edition of Dark Light.

I think heartagram logo is very unique, and the heartagram is a part of this band. heartagram like the face of the band, so people see the heartagram, they will know it is H.I.M
